Charles is a Senior Strategic Partner at Houston Partners International and President of The Amini Group Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and management development facilitation and consulting, effective hiring and retention, team building, and mid-level management coaching. The firm is focused on performance improvement and leadership development for individuals and organizations. The Amini Group advises managers and leaders in all sectors in the following functional areas of human resource management: staffing, employee development, and employee relations. Charles has been functioning as a Management Coach for over sixteen years, working with mid and upper level managers and leaders. He also facilitates workshops and seminars in coaching.
Charles has over thirty years experience in human resources in the following functional areas: labor relations, staffing, positive employee relations, employee relations, employee development, and safety. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. He has a Lifetime Teaching Certificate from the Maricopa Community College Board. He is a faculty member at the University of Phoenix, facilitating courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and employment law. He has taught human resource management at Arizona State University in the undergraduate school, and Golden Gate University in the graduate school.
