Elizabeth has authored and presented corporate retention, restructuring and change initiatives; established and led operations of nation wide career centers that served from 100 to 3000 affected employees and built/coached/led high performance teams of all levels. Further she has earned a positive reputation for creatively delivering innovative problem solving, creativity, change and career management programs that met the strategic business objectives of financial services, information technology, manufacturing, health care, insurance, semiconductor, aerospace, government and not for profit organizations. 

Elizabeth co-taught Arizona State University’s two day Supplier Negotiations program, required for Project Management Certification. Elizabeth was ordained as an Interfaith Minister at the Cathedral of Saint John the Divine in New York City in 1992 upon graduation from the New Seminary’s two year Masters of Spiritual Counseling Program.
