We thought, for a change, our readers should do the work for this week's Power Idea!
What are the top characteristics of leadership from your perspective? What would you choose to see in the leaders in your organization? In yourself?
Today's leaders have a much larger role in the overall success of previous generations of leaders. Have you ever thought about how much attention is focused on you or the other leaders in your organization? Do you fully understand how the team looks to you or your other leaders for guidance, counsel, vision, mission, goal identification and the well being of the entire team?
THE ASSIGNMENT
This week, I would like to ask each of you to submit up to 25 ideas of what you think makes up the most important leadership behaviors. We will compile the results of the list and publish it in a future Power Idea issue. We will also provide our own list and ask for input and comment in future issues.
We think that everyone who participates will benefit greatly from this shared knowledge.
