After over 20 years in sales and sales/leadership at the executive sales level, Jim transitioned into the human development industry. A certified facilitator in Lifescript's Way to Wealth and Money2Spare processes, Jim also brings skills in leadership, team building, sales, hiring and related developmental improvement.
Jim is an active community and church volunteer. He has served as President for two community associations, leads a Christian Men's Leadership Development Process for the past eight years, and owned and operated a small residential and light commercial construction organization for several years. He has also served as the vice-chair for the service companies of the Western Energy Institute, an organization supporting the energy services industry, and has been a mentor for their Emerging Leaders Business Acumen Program.
Jim's relaxed, but focused style creates an environment of openness and learning for those who have experienced his processes and the benefit of his two decades of sales knowledge and experience.
