Julie A. Houston adds her creative leadership skills to the Houston Partners International team. Her contributions to the professional team include a background in public relations, public speaking, facilitation, computer sciences, educational services, event planning, and a twelve-year management career with a major public utility. An Indiana native, Julie holds an Associates Degree in Business from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organization Management from Calumet College.
Julie places great emphasis on the development of individual potential. During her years in management, she focused on assisting people to become the best they could be. In turn, the people contributed the maximum to their organizations.
Julie, with her husband Jerry, founded Houston Partners International in 1992, to establish an array of tailor-made, developmental processes designed to meet the needs of individuals and organizations. The firm, through its strategic and alliance partners, offers expertise in management, supervision, leadership, sales, customer service, strategic planning, behavioral analysis, team building, financial planning, general business consulting, and process improvement.
