Piyush (pronounced Puoosh) Parikh has over 15 years of experience in operations management, risk management and technology implementation. He has expertise in a variety of industries including aerospace, chemicals manufacturing and government agencies. His specific experience in these areas includes implementing quality management systems, lean manufacturing, leading kaizen events, building custom technology solutions, strategic planning, enterprise risk management, and Theory of Constraints management.
Before running his own consulting practice, Piyush worked for ABS Consulting as Business Line Manager and Trainer where he helped Fortune 500 companies improve their operations by implementing custom technology solutions. He used his engineering background and experience in systems development to help companies implement repeatable processes that would allow them to operate more efficiently and grow as a result.
He received the outstanding achievement award at ABS and was inducted into UVA’s Raven Society, the oldest and most prestigious honorary society at the University of Virginia. He has a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Business School. |
