Sandra Kinion has over 20 years of manufacturing leadership, quality management and project management. She has expertise in a variety of industries including aerospace defense and space, electronics, high performance materials and machining, and consumer products. Her specific experience in these industries includes Program and Project Management, Quality Systems/Continuous Improvement Management, Lean Six Sigma Deployment, Green Belt Training, Team Building, Manufacturing Management, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Customer Relations Management and Sales and Marketing.
Before starting her own consulting business, Sandra worked for Honeywell International as Director of Program Management. She achieved Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Expert Certifications while at Honeywell. She has also served as a Certified National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award Examiner as well as a certified Honeywell Quality Award Examiner. She is a member of the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Quality Engineer, has a BS Degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, a certificate in Executive Manufacturing Management from Penn State University, and Project Management training from George Washington University in Washington, DC. |
