ARIZONA HOSPITAL AND HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION ANNUAL CONFERENCE AT ORANGE TREE GOLF RESORT – PHOENIX ARIZONA
Literally hundreds of guests gathered to share ideas, concerns and vision for the future at the Association's Annual event. Among the festivities was the Annual Awards Luncheon, at which many professionals from Arizona’s Healthcare community were honored.
A special recognition was held for Steve Gogul, Principal of Solutions Consulting, a Houston Partners, Alliance Partner, for his leadership and facilitation of the EMERGING LEADERS program at AzHHA. In partnership with LeAnn Swanson, AzHHA Vice President of Educational Services and Jerry Houston, Founder and CEO at Houston Partners International, Steve led key leadership participants from area hospitals in a year long leadership development process. Additionally, each leader participant received 8 hours of one-on-one coaching from professional coaches from Lee, Hecht, Harrison. Steve was presented with a framed picture and certificate from the class amid a rousing recognition of his service and dedication to AzHHA. Also honored was Jerry Houston on behalf of Houston Partners for introducing the TriMetrix Assessment System and Learning Module to the Emerging Leaders Process. The TriMetrix Process has been added as a standard part of AzHHA’s leadership development program for the healthcare industry, coupled with specific TriMetrix-based Coaching for 2010’s program.
