Assertiveness Training
Our process guides the participant step-by-step to acquire assertiveness skills. Included is a definition of assertiveness. What is the difference between aggressive, assertive and non-assertive behavior? Strong emphasis is placed on practicing a 4-point statement in expressing oneself. This process may be included in Coaching Intervention and/or Employee Counseling when appropriate.
Beyond Behavior to Values
Why do people behave the way they do? This course explores beliefs and values, which drive our behavior, impelling us to action. You will understand how you come to certain decisions and why conflicts are caused. You will learn why others view the world differently and value different things in life. You will also receive a Personal Interest, Attitudes and Values Report.

A mastery of service beyond expectation can mean the difference between success and failure. Learn how to engender an attitude toward outstanding service by understanding positive attitude development, customer service skills, and goal setting through this in-depth, developmental process.
Building High Performing Teams™
Understand and improve the dynamics of your organization's teams. Learn how to deal effectively with resistance to change and how to focus on your team’s vision and goals. Take with you a concrete method of creating continuous improvement through problem-solving techniques and team management processes.
Change Management
Here we will explore human nature and our resistance to change. Technology plays such an important role in the evolution of our society as well as adding a significant amount of stress to our everyday lives. We must realize that in business, the only constant is change. This seminar will discuss the reflexive resistance to change that most humans experience, as well as provide practical strategies to overcome it. In addition, identifying old paradigms will help us formulate new ones as we move into the 21st century!
The Coaching Triad
This process is intended to include three people: a coach, a person being coached, and a third person to be determined by upper management. For example, the triad may include a line worker, his supervisor, and the coach. The object of the triad is to work through behavioral and/or communication problems with the designated group. Typically, the problems are resolved within 2-3, two hour sessions.
Conducting Effective Meetings
Put a stop to meetings that waste employees’ valuable time. Learn how to: determine when a meeting is necessary, develop and use an agenda, keep meetings on track, keep participants involved and focused, and resolve disagreements. Built-in activities assure the involvement of every participant.

Dynamic Customer Satisfaction™
Organizations are scrambling to attract, keep and satisfy customers. You will be challenged as you learn to lay the foundation for a dynamic customer plan. Your team will understand that customer satisfaction doesn’t just happen--it is the result of intense focus and planning. You will explore: How the Rules Have Changed, The Internal Customer, The External Customer Attitude, and Customer Friendly Systems. In addition, you will receive a Behavioral Analysis Report assessing your customer service style.

Leadership Development Course
This process is designed for new and future leaders. Modules, which can be tailored to meet specific needs, typically include preparation for formal leadership, goal setting, self assessment and behavior analysis, time management, problem resolution, project management, cost control methods, communication and negotiation, hiring and interviewing, and effective discipline.
Making the Most of Your Behavioral Talents
This workshop is an addendum for those who have completed a Style Analysis Instrument and have been presented with their individual reports (Also See Success Insights Assessments). The participant will be guided through several steps to devise an action plan toward individual growth and improvement. Class objectives are to know your behavioral style, identify, understand and appreciate other behavioral styles; and, know how to adapt your style to win in any environment.
Management Development Course
Define your personal philosophy for motivating and leading. Build on this foundation through an action plan of developing goals, securing commitment, and effectively controlling your time. Learn how to understand people, their behavior and attitudes, and how to turn problems into opportunities. Develop your leadership abilities so that you can communicate, solve problems, make decisions and be productive.
Managing Conflict and Negativity
Our process is a system for dealing with and resolving conflict at all levels in your organization. Participants will be presented with a well-rounded process for managing and preventing conflict in the workplace. The objectives of the course are:
- To understand three types of conflict.

- To present strategies for preventing and resolving conflicts.
- To understand the cost of energy drains that are caused by conflict......both individually and organizationally
Rising Stars (Youth Leadership Course)
RISING STARS is a personal development program for young adults (typically 6th-11th grades). Early preparation of life-based skills is an essential component in shaping their future. This 14-module process, aimed at directing individual potential, begins with the exciting realization that everyone has the potential to become a leader and live a successful life. The key elements of the process include: goal setting, maintaining positive attitudes, and enhanced interpersonal skills.

Stress Management
Are you in control of your life, or does your life control you? Let’s examine a unique approach to stress management through self-assessment, exploring our attitudes, and establishing goals. Our approach to stress management will allow you to apply techniques and methods of managing stress that are unique to your personal behavior style. Participants will be asked to complete a 24-question self-assessment at least one week prior to the workshop to receive their individual behavior reports at the workshop. The questionnaire takes only 10 minutes to complete.
Supervisory Development Course
Because of the functions of the supervisor and the major role he or she plays, it’s obvious that good supervisors are the key to the success of any organization. Many of the supervisor’s daily decisions affect profits, production, attitudes and morale. This development program is designed to engage supervisors in a process that results in personal and professional growth.
